Alejandro "Álex" Pina Calafi is a Spanish screenwriter, television producer, and director, widely recognized for creating the globally acclaimed Netflix series "Money Heist" (La Casa de Papel). He is also known for developing other successful Spanish dramas such as "Vis a Vis" (Locked Up) and "Los hombres de Paco." Pina founded his own production company, Vancouver Media, in 2016.
