Delilah Wilson was a character on the American soap opera *General Hospital*, portrayed by actress Lily Cardone. Introduced in March 2026, she was a pregnant woman found unconscious by Brook Lynn Quartermaine and Harrison Chase. Delilah tragically died after an emergency C-section, but her daughter, Phoebe, survived and was later fostered by Brook Lynn and Chase.
