He is an aquatic superhero and a member of the corrupt superhero team, The Seven, known for his ability to breathe underwater and communicate with marine life. Often depicted as insecure, narcissistic, and opportunistic, he serves as a parody of DC Comics' Aquaman and Marvel's Namor.
